Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Czechia and Slovakia is handled via Packeta (Zásilkovna). International EU shipments are dispatched with tracked express delivery. Tracking details will be emailed directly to you once handed to the courier.

We maintain a 14-day return window from the date of physical delivery. Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact. To initiate a return, send us a message via the form with your order number.

We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct checkout methods. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted via the certified Shopify Payments gateway.

Constructed in Portugal from heavyweight 300 GSM 100% combed cotton. Wash inside-out at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry and avoid ironing directly over the 3D embroidery or prints.

Each drop is released in strictly limited runs (e.g. 50 numbered pieces) with unique serial numbering inside the tagless neck print. Once sold out, the piece will never be restocked and enters the permanent archive.
