1. GENERAL PROVISIONS & OPERATOR IDENTIFICATION
These Terms of Service govern the mutual rights and obligations arising from purchase contracts concluded between the Seller (Operator) and the Buyer via the online store at 7312.world.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
• The presentation of goods on the website is of an informative nature and does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract.
• The Buyer places an order by selecting the size/variant, adding the item to the cart, filling in the necessary delivery information, and executing payment via the designated checkout system.
• The purchase contract is formally concluded upon the Seller sending an automated order confirmation to the Buyer’s email address.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
• All product prices are displayed in CZK (Czech Koruna) or the customer's selected local currency.
• Prices are final. As a non-VAT registered entity, prices do not include VAT breakdown.
• Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed prior to the finalization of the order.
• The Seller accepts secure online payment methods provided via Shopify Payments and certified third-party payment gateways (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

4. DELIVERY & RISK OF DAMAGE
• The Seller dispatches products according to the methods and timelines specified in the Shipping Policy.
• The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon physical handover by the transport carrier.

5. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)
• In accordance with European Union consumer directives and the Czech Civil Code, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. The Seller will refund all received payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
• Detailed instructions, return requirements (items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags attached), and dispatch methods (including our Packeta Return Code: 93059836) are defined in the Return and Refund Policy.

6. RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (STATUTORY WARRANTY)
• Rights and obligations regarding defective performance are governed by applicable legal regulations (in particular Sections 1914 to 1925, Sections 2099 to 2117, and Sections 2161 to 2174b of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended).
• The Seller is liable to the Buyer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and conform to the agreed technical specifications (GSM, material composition, sizing).
• The statutory warranty period for manufacturing defects is 24 months from the date of receipt.
• To claim a warranty defect, the Buyer must contact info@7312.world with proof of purchase and visual evidence of the flaw.
• Warranty claims will be processed without undue delay and settled within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of submission, unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon.

7. OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR / ČOI)
• The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI) is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from purchase contracts.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
• Personal data processing and protection are carried out in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• Contracts are concluded in the English language (or Czech where applicable) and are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and European Union directives.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains intact.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version effective on the date of order placement applies.
